- A mini-course. Three or four short lessons on one narrow skill. Doesn't need video — a structured PDF or a simple hosted lesson works.
- Meal or workout plans. Structured, printable, aimed at a specific goal or diet. Evergreen demand.
- Social-media content calendars. "30 days of posts for coffee shops." You give them the plan and the captions.
- Digital planners & journals. Printable or tablet-ready. A huge, steady market that mostly wants nice design and a clear purpose.
- Swipe files. Collections of good examples — cold emails, headlines, bios — that people adapt for themselves.
- eBooks & short reads. A focused 20–40 page read on one topic you know well. AI helps you draft; you make it true.
- Presets & assets. Photo presets, color palettes, icon sets, or Canva template bundles for a specific style.
- A "starter kit" bundle. Combine three of the above into one package for a niche — "the freelance writer's starter kit." Bundles feel like more value.

Don't rank all twelve. Pick the one you could make this weekend and picture the buyer for. A shipped, imperfect product teaches you more in a week than another month of deciding.
